Relax and enjoy the scenic backdrop of the San Juan Mountains as you capture the fragrance of a homemade 3-course breakfast. All of our guest rooms are Suites that include the Bedroom, Private Bath, Sitting Room, & Fireplace. All rates include breakfast and our complimentary Wine & Appetizers that we serve at 5:00pm daily in our Wine Tasting Room. Your day is not complete until you soak in the Hot Tub under the stars which in the book, "Colorado's Best Bed & Breakfast", states the "BEST VIEW FROM A HOT TUB." Take advantage of the many special packages and services we offer including In-house massages.

Cancellation Policy
*A Full Refund minus a $15.00 Administration Fee will be charged for cancellations up to 7-days prior to your arrival date.
No shows or less than the above notices will result in a forfeit of your deposit unless other arrangements are made depending on circumstance.
Shoe Policy
*Elkwood Manor does impose a "No Shoe Policy". Slippers are provided for your convenience or you may bring your favorite pair. "Rubber-soled Indoor Use Only" shoes are accepted if required.
A 50% deposit is required and is charged to your card at time the reservation 1s made unless other payment options were discussed in advance.
